Integrated project management and coordination for a high-complexity corporate office
Throughout the development and then up to the final acceptance of the works, we supported all stakeholders with an interdisciplinary direction and coordination activity aimed at maintaining consistency between design vision, technical requirements, construction feasibility and executive quality, contributing with a Cost Engineering service even during the construction phase.An approach oriented to transform the complexity of a corporate intervention into a more controlled, readable and reliable process for the client.
For the new Kering headquarters in Scandicci, D&D supported the initiative with a project management and technical coordination garrison oriented to govern the complexity of a high-profile executive redevelopment, characterized by significant interventions on the envelope, distribution, systems and overall quality of the spaces. In fact, the operation involves the renovation of a 1970s building destined to become the group’s new Tuscan headquarters, with high goals in terms of environmental sustainability as well.
