Complex building renovation, tailor-made customization and construction management
We developed the executive design, managed the variant construction files and directly supervised the Construction Management, ensuring continuity between the investor’s objectives, the development of the project and the concrete implementation of the work. A distinctive feature of our intervention was also the great work on the purchaser variances, managed by D&D in a tailor-made mode, with timely supervision to combine product quality, cost control and overall consistency of the initiative.
For Via Azario 1, D&D supported the investor in a building rehabilitation operation that required not only attention to the technical-economic feasibility of the intervention, but also a strong ability to govern the authorization, design and execution complexity typical of this type of initiative.
A successful example of how important it is to predict and protect the value of the investment in building rehabilitation operations where the unforeseen of the existing and permitting processes, can become a high-risk element for the overall balance sheet of the operation.
