Our contribution translates into a technical-strategic direction that works alongside the client in strategic and design choices, verifies the consistency between objectives and solutions adopted, oversees cost control and helps guide processes toward decisions that are truly sustainable in economic, operational and implementation terms. A Project Management that, as we understand it at D&D, is therefore not limited to bringing the stakeholders into dialogue, but actively protects the value of the investment and the overall interest of the client. Because for us, doing Project Management means taking real responsibility in building the balance between strategy, project and end result.
For the new MinervaHub headquarter in Scandicci, D&D is supporting the initiative with an ongoing Project Management service conceived not as a simple coordination activity, but as a concrete presidium of the client’s objectives along the entire development path. In a redevelopment destined to host the new headquarters of an industrial group active in the fashion & luxury sector, the value of PM lies for us in the ability to hold together criticality, vision, feasibility, timing, cost and final quality of the operation.
