From Due Diligence to Tender: a comprehensive garrison to support the investor
In the course of development, we supported the client in controlling costs, optimizing the real estate product, and operationally translating the design choices, up to the drafting of the executive design and tender documents, while also assisting with the procurement and selection of the general contractor.
For 5 Square, D&D was involved from the early stages of the operation to support the investor in reading the techno-economic viability of the intervention and defining CAPEX.
